Information Counter

The oval-shaped Information Counter offers various information services, including visitor inquiries, printed materials, leasing services for wheelchairs and baby strollers, registration for scheduled tours, handheld guides, lost-and-found, first-aid kit, courtesy umbrellas, and lockers. However, for the quality of the museum experience, we do not offer public-address.

Information Terminal

Across from the Information Counter are four Information Terminals. Two child-friendly Information Terminals are located next to the Information Counter. They offer digital museum services.

Tao Shop

The Museum houses two museum-operated cultural shops, Tao Shop and Little Potter Playroom, offering products that appeal to various visitors. Online shopping is also available.

Permanent Exhibitions

The theme on this floor is Traditional Pottery Techniques. With objects, text, pictures, videos, and interactive elements, visitors can learn about the major steps in making pottery and Taiwan’s traditional pottery techniques.

Sunlight GallerySunlight Gallery

Sunlight Gallery

Sunlight Gallery, located next to the hall on the first floor, is the brightest exhibition space in the Museum. In Sunlight Gallery, the sun’s golden rays shine down from the three-story-high glass wall on all the items on display. It is a silent conversation between art and nature.
